Our Personal Training program is our signature service where you and a maximum of 4 others will have your own program, your own training area with your own equipment.TS Shred is a high energy class that will burn calories and increase your endurance using various exercise equipment. It’s a great complement to our Personal Training Sessions.Strennous Fitness offers 1 on 1 Private Training where you will have your own training room with one of our fitness coaches. You will receive a personalized program based on your goals under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches.
